| 摘 要： | 凭脉辨证是张仲景辨证的主要特色,是《伤寒杂病论》的主要内容之一,脉证在《伤寒杂病论》中内容丰富、论理精辟。探析《伤寒论》、《金匮要略》两书中关于脉证的条文,认为《伤寒杂病论》脉证思想主要包括凭脉辨病因、凭脉辨病位、凭脉辨病性、凭脉确定病证、阐释病机、凭论治凭脉判断预后几个方面,实际上就是凭借脉象辨证论治。《伤寒杂病论》脉证思想对后世产生重要影响,也对临床诊治疾病和深入研讨中医基础理论都具有十分重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Pulse syndrome differentiation is a major characte of Zhong-jing's treatment and main details of Treatise on Cold-induced and Miscellaneous Diseases.This thesis regardes that the pulse syndrome differentiation thoughts inculde diagnosing the reason,location,characteristic,syndrome,mechanism and prognosis of illness by pulse throw studying the pusle syndrom details of Shanghanlun and Jinkuiyaokue.This thought indused important effect to basic TCM theory and directic action to clinical practice. |
