| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿上消化道疾病发病情况和幽门螺杆菌感染情况。方法对276例上消化道疾病患儿行电子胃镜检查的临床资料进行分析。结果 276例患儿中,慢性浅表性胃炎208例(75.36%),溃疡68例(24.64%)。全部病例行幽门螺杆菌检查,232例为阳性(84.07%)。结论小儿上消化道疾病以慢性浅表性胃炎为主,小儿消化性溃疡也并不少见,任何年龄都可以发病,以学龄儿童多见。
