二氧化锆全瓷冠与普通金属烤瓷冠修复的临床比较

目的：探讨临床使用二氧化锆全瓷冠与普通金属烤瓷冠修复的治疗效果对比。方法选择110例患者共146颗牙，随机分成两组，每组73颗牙。实验组采用二氧化锆全瓷冠进行修复；对照组采用普通金属烤瓷冠进行修复。按照美国公共健康协会制定标准评估修复情况。结果实验组全瓷冠的边缘完整性，牙龈状态，颜色等方面均表现良好，全瓷冠出现崩瓷占5.5%；对照组边缘完整性占93.15%，牙龈形态良好占95.9%，颜色表现良好占2.7%，冠出现崩瓷占8.2%。结论二氧化锆全瓷冠临床上的修复效果良好，值得临床推广使用。

Clinical Comparison of Zirconia All - ceramic Crown and Porcelain Fused to Metal Crown Restoration

Objective To comPare the theraPeutic effects of zirconia all - ceramic crown and Porcelain fused to metal crown restoration. Conclusion RePairing effects of zirconia all - ceramic crown are good,which is worth of clinical Promotion.
