| 摘 要： | 目的：建立反相高效液相色谱法测定仙茅中仙茅苷的含量。方法：样品经甲醇提取，色谱柱为ＡｌｔｉｍａＣ１８（５μｍ，４６ｍｍ×２５０ｍｍ），柱温４０℃，甲醇－异丙醇－水（２０∶５∶７５）为流动相，流速１０ｍＬ·ｍｉｎ－１，检测波长２８３ｎｍ。结果：仙茅苷在０２５～２５９μｇ范围内呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为９９６７％，ＲＳＤ为２６％（ｎ＝４）。结论：本方法简便、可靠，重现性好。

| Abstract: | Objective: An assay method was set up for the determination of curculigoside in rhizomes of Curculigo orchioides Gaertn.by HPLC . Methods: The chromatographic conditions were as follows:Alltima C18 column(5 m,46 mm250 mm ),the mobile phase methanol-isopropylalcohol-water (20575) and detection at 283 nm. Results: The calibration curve was in good linearity over the concentration range of 025259 g (r=10000) The average recovery was 9967%,RSD was 26%(n=4). Conclusion: The method is simple,reliable and reproducible. |
