摘    要:目的:将悬浮液进样技术应用于火焰原子吸收光谱法,建立用原子吸收法测定中草药中微量元素的快速分析新方法。方法:将样品粉碎、悬浮在琼脂胶体中制成悬浮液,取适量样品悬浮液配制成试液,在试液中加入钙盐溶液以消除化学干扰。将试液喷入空气-乙炔火焰中,以空白溶液为参比,用标准加入法测定。结果:已用本方法成功地测定了当归、川芎及川乌中的锰,测定结果与灰化法-火焰原子吸收法一致,相对误差小于±20%,t检验表明2种方法之间无显著性差异。方法简便、快速、准确。结论:用悬浮液进样法取代灰化法进行样品前处理,以火焰原子吸收光谱法测定中草药中的锰是可行的。

Abstract:Objective: With application of suspension sampling technique in flame atomic absorption spectrometry a new method for rapid determination of microamount manganese in Chinese medicinal herbs by FAAS had been developed. Method: The samples were pulverized and suspended in agar sol. Test solutions were prepared by adding CaCl2 solution in appropriate amounts of the suspension to eliminate chemical interference. This solutions were injected into air-acetylene flame and standard addition method was used to determine manganese with reference is blank solution. Results: The suspension sampling-flame atomic absorption spectrometry has been used to determine manganese in Angelica sinensis, Ligusticum wallichii and Monkshood with RSD<19%. The results were consistent with those obtained by ashing method. The relative errors were less than 20%. The t-test showed that no difference was found between the results obtained from these two method. This method is convenient, rapid and accurate. Conclusion: Displacement of ashing method by the suspension sampling method for the pretreatment of samle and the determination of manganese in Chinese medicinal herbs by FAAS are possible.
