| 摘 要： | 目的：建立北细辛中Ｌ－芝麻脂素和Ｌ－细辛脂素的含量测定方法，为该药材提供质量控制标准。方法：以醋酸乙酯为溶剂，加热回流１２０ｍｉｎ撮用ＨＰＬＣ法测定：使用Ｈｙｐｅｒｓｉｌ ＢＤＳ Ｃ１８色谱柱（２５０ｍｍ＊４．６ｍｍ，５μｍ），流动相：乙膊－水（５０：５０），流速１．２ｍＬ．ｍｉｎ^-1,检测波长：２８７ｎｍ，纸整党ｍｍ．ｍｉｎ^-1，进样量：１０αＬ，外标法定量。结果：两组分的平均回收率分别为芝麻脂素

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish an accurate method for the determination of L-sesamin and L-asarinin in Asarum heterotropoides Fr.var.mandshuricum(Maxim)Kitag. Method: The method we used was HPLCThe column was Hypersil BDS C18(250 mm46 mm,5 m)The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(5050)The detective wavelength was 287 nmResults: The average recoveries and RSD were 1004%,19% for L-sesamin and 1002%,16% for L-asarinin Conclusion: The method was simple and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Asarum heterotropoides Fr.var.mandshuricum(Maxim)Kitag |
