摘    要:目的:建立北细辛中L-芝麻脂素和L-细辛脂素的含量测定方法,为该药材提供质量控制标准。方法:以醋酸乙酯为溶剂,加热回流120min撮用HPLC法测定:使用Hypersil BDS C18色谱柱(250mm*4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙膊-水(50:50),流速1.2mL.min^-1,检测波长:287nm,纸整党mm.min^-1,进样量:10αL,外标法定量。结果:两组分的平均回收率分别为芝麻脂素

Abstract:Objective: To establish an accurate method for the determination of L-sesamin and L-asarinin in Asarum heterotropoides Fr.var.mandshuricum(Maxim)Kitag. Method: The method we used was HPLCThe column was Hypersil BDS C18(250 mm46 mm,5 m)The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(5050)The detective wavelength was 287 nmResults: The average recoveries and RSD were 1004%,19% for L-sesamin and 1002%,16% for L-asarinin Conclusion: The method was simple and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Asarum heterotropoides Fr.var.mandshuricum(Maxim)Kitag
