沐舒坦雾化吸入辅助治疗婴幼儿肺炎的临床分析

目的：分析沐舒坦雾化吸入辅助治疗婴幼儿肺炎的临床效果。方法：2007年1月～2009年1月收治的152例患肺炎的婴幼儿，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各76例，对照组采用常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗。结果：治疗组的显效率、总有效率均明显均高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组在咳嗽消失、气促消失、肺部啰音消失及体温恢复正常的时间方面均短于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿肺炎疗效可靠，安全性高，依从性高，值得临床推广。

Clinical analysis of mucosolvan nebulization in treatment with infant pneumonia

Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of mucosolvan nebulization in treatment with infant pneumonia. Methods： From January 2007 to January 2009, 152 cases of infant pneumonia were randomly separated into the control group （76 cases） and the treatment group （76 cases）. The control group were treated with normal therapy methods, while treatment group were treated with mucosolvan nebulization in addition to normal therapy methods. Results ：The excellence rates and total effective rates in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0.05）. The disappearing time of cough, wheezy sound in lung and admission duration in treatment group were shorter than in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Mucosolvan nebulization is reliable and safe in treatment with infant pneumonia and is worth applying in clinic.
