98例系统性红斑狼疮合并肺结核病例资料分析

目的提高对系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）合并肺结核早期诊断和抗结核治疗的认识。方法回顾性分析98例SLE合并肺结核患者的临床资料。结果肺结核分型中血行播散型占33％（32／98例），浸润型占65．6％（65／98例），合并其它部位感染55％（54／98例），PPD试验阳性率56．1％（55／98例），抗结核治疗有效率90％（88／98例）。结论长期使用肾上腺皮质激素及免疫抑制剂，易诱发肺结核，活动性病灶更易扩散。

The analysis of ninety-eighe cases of systemic lupus erythematosus with pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To highlight the understanding of the earlier probable diagnosis and antitubeccular therapy in systemic lupus erythematosus with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods The doumemted fathologic diagnosis in 98 patients of systemic lupus erythematosus with pulmonary tuberculosis. Results Tuberculosis miliaris disseminate is 33% （ 32/98 ）, infihrative pulmonary tuberculosis is 65.6% （65/98）. Complicated other parts infection is 55. 1% （54/98）. The positive rate of PPD test is only 56. 1% （55/98） ,the effective rate of anti-tubercular therapy is 90% （88/98）. Conclusions Using adrenocortical hormone and immunosuppressing for a long time will induce the activable foci in pulmonary tuberculosls diffused faster.
