| 摘 要： | 目的探讨瘢痕疙瘩(Keloid,K)形成的中医体质基础。方法应用《中医体质分类判定标准》对124例K患者进行体质类型分析,采用SPSS 13.0统计软件比较K患者与正常对照、痤疮患者间体质类型的差异。结果与正常对照比较,K患者属气虚、阴虚、痰湿、湿热、瘀血、特禀质的百分比增加;男性K患者、女性K患者及17～45岁K患者属湿热质的百分比增加;此外,男性K患者、36～45岁K患者属阴虚、痰湿、瘀血、特禀质的百分比增加,17～25岁K患者属阴虚、痰湿质的百分比增加。与痤疮患者比较,与痤疮相关K患者属阴虚质的百分比增加(P0.05)。结论K形成与某些中医体质类型的偏颇有关。
