健脾填精方颗粒剂干预轻度认知障碍向痴呆转化的临床随机研究

目的:评价中药复方"健脾填精方"干预轻度认知障碍(mild cognmiveimpairment,MCI)的有效性及安全性。方法:将120例病人随机分成两组,治疗组62例应用"健脾填精方"(由人参、天麻、白术、巴戟天、黄连等组成),对照组58例应用"安慰剂",两组总疗程均为12月,观察用药前后简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)日常生活能力量表(ADL)及中医症状积分值。结果:中药复方"健脾填精方"颗粒剂在改善轻度认知障碍患者精神认知能力、提高中医症状计分及认识功能缺陷均有显著效果,在缓解记忆方面健脾填精方优于对照组;两者均未发生明显的毒副作用。结论:"健脾填精方"可以改善轻度认知障碍患者的记忆功能、提高生活质量、降低轻度认知障碍向阿尔茨海默病转化。

Clinical Random Study of Effect of Jianpi Tianjing Fang Granule on Low-grade Cognitive Handicap Change to Dementia

Objective: To assess the efficacy and the safety of Jianpi Tianjing Fang on low-grade cognitive handicap.Methods: 120 cases were divided randomly into the treatment group(n=62) and the control group(n=58).The treatment group was treated with Jianpi Tianjing Fang which be composed of Renshen,Tianma,Baizhu,Bajitian,Huanglian and so on.The control group was treated with placebo.The course of treatment was 12 months.Observe the MMSE,ADL and the value of grade of symptom of TCM before and after the treatment.Results: Jianpi Tianjing Fang has significant curative effect on improving cognition ability and increase the grade of symptom of TCM for low-grade cognitive handicap patients.The treartment group is better than the control group on improving the faculty of memory.There is no side effect in the two groups.Conclusions: Jianpi Tianjing Fang can improve the faculty of memory,increase quality of life,imptove low-grade cognitive handicap change to Alzheimer disease for low-grade cognitive handicap patients.
