摘    要:目的:总结及分析无色素痣的临床及Wood灯形态特点。方法:采用问卷调查及Wood灯检查对18例无色素痣患者进行临床研究。结果:18例无色素痣患者中男10例(55.5%),女8例(44.4%);平均发病年龄11.3个月;孤立型7例(38.9%),皮节型10例(55.6%),漩涡状型1例(5.6%);最常见的累及部位是头面部;1例(5.5%)患者有阳性家族史。所有的患者皮损在Wood灯下均呈现灰白色。结论:无色素痣最常见的累及部位是头颈部;最常见的发病类型是皮节型;Wood灯有辅助诊断价值。

Abstract:Objective:To study the clinical and morphological features of nevus depigmentosus(ND) with the help of Wood's lamp examination. Methods:A clinical survey on 18 patients with ND was performed according to the diagnostic criteria proposed by Coupe.Wood's lamp examination was used to discover specific features and to distinguish ND from vitiligo.Results:Of the 18 patients,10 were males and 8 were females.The average onset age was 11.3 months.Scalp and face were the most common involved sites(38.9%).7 patients(38.9%) had the isolated type of ND,10 patients(55.6%) had the segmental type and 1 patient(5.6%) had the whirled type.A family history was observed in 1 patient(5.5%).Under wood's lamp examination,all of patients with ND(18/18) showed white accentuation.Conclusion:Scalp and face were the most common involved sites of ND.The most common presentation was segmental type.Wood's lamp has subsidiary value in diagnosing ND.
