生脉注射液联合果糖二磷酸钠治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎疗效观察

目的：探讨生脉注射液联合果糖二磷酸钠治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法：将76例病毒性心肌炎患儿随机分为三组．对照组给予常规治疗，治疗Ⅰ组常规治疗加果糖二磷酸钠，治疗Ⅱ组常规治疗加生脉注射液和果糖二磷酸钠。结果：对照组有效率68．0％，治疗Ⅰ组有效率76．0％，治疗Ⅱ组有效率96．2％，治疗Ⅱ组与治疗Ⅰ组及对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：生脉注射液联用果糖二磷酸钠是小儿病毒性心肌炎较理想的治疗方法。

Efficacy of the combination therapy of Shengmai injection and fructose diphosphate sodium on children with viral myocarditis

Objective: This study is to evaluate the efficacy of the combination therapy of Shengmai injection and fructose diphosphate sodium on children with viral myocarditis.Methods: 76 of clinically diagnosed patients of viral myocarditis were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into three groups: control group with regular treatment,group I with regular treatment plus fructose diphosphate sodium and group II with regular treatment plus Shengmai injection and fructose diphosphate sodium.Results: The outcome was assessed clinically.The overall response rates in group I,group II were 76.0% and 96.2%,respectively.The patients in control group had a response of 68.0%.Group II showed a significant difference in response as compared with group I and control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions: The observed effect of the combination therapy Shengmai injection with fructose diphosphate suggests that it can be effectively and safely used for the treatment of viral myocarditis.
