透气性硬性角膜接触镜配戴者依从性与安全性的回顾性分析

目的 探讨透气性硬性角膜接触镜(RGPCL)配戴者依从性与安全性.方法 回顾性分析183例验配RGPCL患者的复查频率,换镜频率及眼表并发症的发生情况;A超和非接触角膜内皮细胞显微镜检查频率,角膜地形图检查频率;戴镜前后角膜内皮细胞及角膜厚度的变化.结果 北京患者1周、1个月、3个月、6个月及1年复查率分别为80.2%、72.5%,57.1%,61.5%,57.1%,外地患者为35.4%,43.1%,54.5%,57.O%,54.9%;所有戴镜患者戴镜适应后平均2-3月复查一次,12-15个月换镜一次.并发症主要为角膜轻度点染(I级),北京患者22例(12.1%),外地7例(3.8%).北京患者A超及角膜内皮显微镜6个月检查频率、角膜地形图3个月、6个月检查频率分别为83.5%,86.8%,91.2%,36.3%;外地患者分别为89.9%,92.4%,96.2%,41.8%;戴镜前后角膜内皮细胞形态及角膜厚度各项参数的变化均无统计学意义.结论 RGPCL戴镜患者在严格的医疗监控下依从性良好,并发症的发生率较低,未引起明显角结膜的异常.

The retrospective analysis of compliance and safety of patients wearing RGPCL
