棒状杆菌属细菌分组鉴定与临床应用

摘    要:目的寻找简便、特异并易于普及的棒状杆菌鉴定方法。方法对临床分离的56株棒状杆菌进行40余项生理、生化特性鉴定,并依据有关文献,首选葡萄糖OF和硝酸盐还原两个试验将该属的30个种初步分为4组,然后分别选择几项有鉴别意义的、关键性试验进行种间鉴别,从而建立棒状杆菌的分组鉴定法。结果56株棒状杆菌经鉴定分得12个种,有2株未定种。分组鉴定法与Clarridge法符合率为96.4%。结论分组鉴定法具有简便、条理性强、准确性高等优点。

Abstract:Objective To establish a simple, applicable and accurate method for identification of corynebacterium spp. Methods The biological characteristics of corynebacterium spp. were analyzed in accordance with relevant documents. A grouping identifying method of corynebacterium spp. was established through test glucose fermentation and nitrate which are most authontic. 30 kinds of corynebacterium were divided into 4 groups: 6 kinds, 4 kinds, 4 kinds, and 4 kinds. Key tests were selected respectively and the four groups were identified in kinds. Results The method provided the same conclusions as given by the Clarridge method to an extent of 96.4% in analysing 56 strains of corynebacterium spp. sepearated in clinical practices. Conclusions Grouping identifing method is simple and accurate, it is applicable to medical laboratories of different levels.
