精制蝮蛇抗栓酶对慢性肺心病的血液流变学影响

本文通过检测６４例慢性肺心病患者血液流变学指标，并与正常健康人 ４０例血液流变学指标比较，结果表明慢性肺心病患者血液流变学各项指标明显异常，认为血液流变学对慢性肺心病的诊断有一定意义；通过应用精制蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗，治疗前后血液流变学指标比较，及与对照组疗效比较，均有显著性差异，说明慢性肺心病，尤其重症肺心病患者在常规治疗同时应用降粘、去纤、抗凝治疗的必要性。

Effects of Ahalys Antinfarctarsum Puricatumtroinjection on Hemorheological Index of Patients with Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

indexes of hemorheology were detected in 64patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and were compared with 40 normals. The study showed that all the indexes of patient with chronic pulmonary heart disease were abvious innormal and there were difference or sinificant difference between two groups. So we considered detection of indexes of hemorheology would be aid to di-agnosis chronic pulmonary heart disease. There was sinificant difference between before treatment and treatment by ahalys antinfarctasum purificatumtroinjection. The result indicated it was necessary for treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease, especialy serious one, by reducing viscosity of blood, defibrination and anti-coagalation as well as general treatment.
