| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨貂组织线粒体DNA（mtDNA）及细胞色素b(Cytb)的特征。方法:采用碱变性方法提取新鲜的貂心及肝组织中mtDNA，PCR技术扩增细胞色素b(Cytb)基因部分序列片段并直接测序。结果:新鲜的貂心和肝组织提取出16 800 bp的mtDNA，并能扩增出310 bp大小的Cytb基因，测序结果显示貂心Cytb基因与美洲貂(GenBank AB026109.1)同源性为99%。 结论:貂组织含有完整的mtDNA，Cytb部分基因可以作为貂心物种鉴定及检测的分子标记。
