| Abstract: | The article introduced the long term care system for elderly in Taiwan, including the developing background, institutional change, policy support, service content and management, service patterns and providing institution. Based on this introduction, the article proposed that we should improve the development of the long term care system by cooperating with different departments, increasing policy supporting dynamics , and promoting service quality. |
