| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨慢性骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折（VCF）应用经皮椎体成形术（PVP）治疗的疗效.方法 对32例经MRI明确诊断为慢性VCF的患者行PVP治疗,手术前给予视觉模拟评分（VAS）,比较手术前后VAS变化的差异,评估手术疗效.结果 随访2个月至2年,术前VAS平均为（7.44±1.11）分,随访时为（3.1±0.96）分;手术的主观满意度良好.结论 MRI对于VCF患者的评估非常重要,术前MRI出现骨髓水肿信号的慢性VCF采用PVP可明显缓解疼痛、改善功能.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effectiveness of percutaneous vertehmplasty （PVP） for the treatment of chronic osteoporotic ver- tebral compression fracture （VCF）. Methods Thirty - two chronic osteoporotic VCF patients whose diagnosis was confirmed by MRI received PVP. Visual analogue scale （VAS） was evaluated and compared before and after the operation. The effectiveness of PVP in the treatment of chron- ic osteoporotic VCF was analyzed. Results The patients were followed up for 2 months - 2 years, average 10.7 months. The preoperative mean VAS was 7.44 ± 1.11, while the mean VAS was 3.1 ± 0.96 at follow - up. The subjective satisfaction for the operation was good. Conclusion MRI is very important for the assessment of VCF. PVP can obviously alleviate the pain and improve function for chronic VCF patients with bone marrow edema signal in preoperative MRI. |
