摘    要:目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声(彩超)联合X线引导经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗代偿肾无积水鹿角形结石的临床应用价值.方法 64例代偿肾无积水鹿角形结石患者在彩超联合X线引导下建立经皮肾穿刺通道,行微创经皮肾镜碎石取石术,并对其疗效进行分析.结果 64例均穿刺成功,54例无结石残留,总净石率为84.4%.由于64例患者彩超和X线配合使用,避免了出血和毗邻脏器损伤等并发症,患者肾功能保护良好,同时减少了放射性损伤.结论 在微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗代偿肾无积水鹿角形结石时,彩超联合X线引导进行经皮肾穿刺点的定位和通道的建立,可明显减少放射性损伤,穿刺成功率高,安全性高,疗效满意,有很高的临床应用价值.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of unhydronephrotic compensatory renal staghorn calculi under the guidance of color doppler ultrasound combined with radiography. Methods Sixty-four cases of un-hydronephrotic compensatory renal staghorn calculi underwent minipercutaneous nephrolithotomy under the guidance of color doppler ultrasound combined with radiography. Results Precise operative tract was established in all cases, 54 patients'renal staghorn calculi were removed completely. The total stone-free rate amounted to 84.37%. The combined use of color doppler ultrasound with radiography refrain from severe complications, protect renal function, and decrease the amount of radiations. Conclusion The combined use of color doppler ultrasound with radiography can improve the operative tract and decrease the radiative damage in the treatment of un-hydronephrotic compensatory renal staghom calculi.
