Zweymueller螺旋臼在成人先天性髋臼发育不良外科治疗中的应用

目的：初步探讨Zweymueller型髋臼假体治疗成人先天性髋臼发育不良继发髋关节骨性关节炎的有效性。方法：应用Zweymueller型人工全髋关节假体，对27例30个成人先天性髋关节发育不良继发髋关节骨性关节炎患者行全髋关节置换（THR）。术前Harris评分最高56分，最低24分，平均42．6分。结果：所有患者髋关节疼痛完全消失，关节活动度增加，髋臼假体稳定。Harris评分最高98分，最低78分，平均90分。X线评价无松动征像，髋臼假体位置良好。结论：特殊设计的Zweymueller型人工全髋关节假体髋臼重建初期稳定，手术不需大块植骨和骨水泥，初期随访效果满意。

Primary study of application with Zweymuller cementless total hip arthroplasty for adult congenital acetabular dysplasia

Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of Zweymueller prothesis in replacing osteoarthritis secondary to congenital dysplasia of the hip.Methods: From may 1997 to September 2003,Zweymueller prothesis was used to reconstruct 30 hips in 27 patients with congenital acetabular dysplasia(bilateral in 3 cases).The preoperative harris hip score ranged from 24 to 56(average 42.6).Results: The pain was completely relieveal and the Harris hip score ranged from 78 to 98(average 90) and the stable fixation and better location of the cup.Couclusion: We consider that the Zweymueller total hip arthroplasty provides stable fixation of the cup,the presence of moderate acetabular dysplasia without structure bone grafting or cementing.
