| Abstract: | The effects of neutral mucopolysaccharide and sialic acid on superoxide anion free radicals were observed in vitro by means of electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR),and the assessment of the actions of neutral mucopolysaccharide on was made.The clearance efficacy of neutral mucopolysaccharide enhanced with.the increase of concentration,and peaked at the concentration of 36.48mg/ml.On the contrary,sialic acid increased on the whole.It is concluded that neutral mucopolysaccharide can resist well,providing some useful basis for its clinical application. |
