| 摘 要： | 目的 研究多药耐药蛋白P - gp在胃癌组织中的表达及意义。 方法 采用S -P免疫组织化学染色法检测了 6 5例原发性胃癌P - gp的表达。 结果 P - gp表达与胃癌的浸润深度和淋巴结转移情况无关 ,而与组织学类型有关 ,高分化腺癌明显高于粘液腺癌及印戒细胞癌 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 P - gp可作为胃癌患者术后化疗和预后估计的参考指标

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the relationship between P-glycoprotein overexpression and its clinical significance. Methods We examined the expression of P-glycoprotein with immunohistochemical technique in 65 cases of gastric carcinoma samples. Results The positive expression of P-glycoprotein was closely related to its histological types, but there were no significant correlation between the expression of P-glycoprotein and its clinical stages.Conclusions The positive expression of P-glycoprotein could be as an important factor in drug resistance,and may be used as a marker for the prognosis of gastric carcinoma. |
