摘    要:防范医疗纠纷是医疗机构和医务人员的当务之急。医疗纠纷产生的主要原因:医源性因素和非医源性因素。医源性医疗纠纷主要是由医务人员医德修养差、技术不过硬、缺乏法律意识造成;非医源性纠纷主要由患缺乏医学知识,对医疗制度不理解,患及家属的不良动机等因素引发。提出了防范措施:①加强医务人员的医德修养;②提高医务人员的业务素质;③强化医务人员的法律意识;④改进医疗单位服务意识;⑤妥善处理医患关系;⑥协调社会关系。

Reasons and Prevention Countermeasures for Medical Disputes
Abstract:It is an urgent task for medical institutes and medical staff to prevent medical disputes. The main reasons for medical disputes were medical cause and non medical cause. Medical cause was mainly because of the poor quality of medical staff: poor morality, poor skills and lack of a law mind; Non medical cause was mainly because of lack of medical knowledge, poor understanding of medical policies and ill intentions of the patients side. The preventing measures were put forward: to upgrade the morality of medical staff, to improve the professional skills of medical staff, to intensify the legal consciousness of medical staff, to improve the service ideology of medical units, to properly handle the relation between the patients and doctors and to coordinate the social relations.
