孕妇对产后保健知识需求的调查分析

目的 了解孕妇对产后保健知识的需求情况,以便更好的开展妇幼保健工作.方法 采用自行设计的调查问卷对441名孕妇进行保健知识需求问卷调查,孕妇的需求情况按不同文化程度进行比较.结果 不同文化程度的孕妇对产后保健知识的需求比较具有统计学意义;保健知识内容排列前3位的依次为喂养知识、预防接种、脐带护理;孕妇希望获取知识的方式最多的是产后电话随访.结论 孕妇文化程度越高,对产后保健知识需求越高;应将喂养知识,预防接种和脐带护理知识作为重点进行宣教;对孕妇可采取多种健康教育方式以便获取产后保健知识.

Investigation and Analysis on The Post-natal Care Knowledge Needs of Pregnant Women

Objective To investigate the needs of post-natal care knowledge of pregnant women in order to carry out the work better. Metliod Self-designed questionnaires were adopted to conduct an investigation on the knowledge about health care needs survey among 441 pregnant women, and the needs of pregnant women of different cultural levels were compared. Result The different cul- tures extent pregnant women demand for post-natal care knowledge had statistical significance, the first three health knowledge were feeding knowledge, vaccination and umbilical cord care. Most pregnant women preferred to knowledge postpartum telephone follow- up. Conclusion To pregnant women, the higher their education level, the higher the demand for knowledge of post - natal care. So we should put emphasis on feeding knowledge, vaccination and umbilical cord care knowledge, and we can take a variety of health ed- ucation for pregnant women in order to obtain knowledge of post-natal care.
