摘    要:目的 为激发护生的学习热情,提高护生的临床思维能力,从而提高妇产科护理学的教学效果.方法 在我院高职护理班的〈妇产科护理学〉课堂教学中,运用案例教学法和传统教学法进行对照.结果 问卷结果显示:高职班护生表示在学习能力、团队协作能力、临床思维能力及沟通能力等方面有明显提高(P<0.01).结论 案例教学法能提高护生的学习能力,开阔学习思路,调动护生学习的积极性,培养护生的沟通协作精神,熟悉了临床护理的工作程序.

Abstract:Objective To stimulate the learning enthusiasm of students, improve the clinical thinking ability of nursing students, so as to improve the teaching effect of obstetrics and gynecology nursing. Method Case based teaching method was adopted to make a contrast to the traditional teaching method in the classroom teaching Of "Gynecology and obstetrics nursing" for the nursing student of the college degree. Result According to the outcomes of the questionnaires, the nursing students showed great improvement in the a- bility of learning, cooperation, clinical thinking, and communication. Conclusion The case based teaching method can improve the a- bility of leaning of the students, widen their learning vision, rise their enthusiasm of learning, cultivate their team spirit and make them more familiar to the procedures of the clinical nursing.
