某综合性医院门诊就诊患者脑卒中危险因素调查分析

目的 了解北京某大型综合性医院门诊就诊患者脑卒中的患病情况及危险因素.方法 随机选取2012年3月至2012年12月到该院门诊就诊的年龄在35周岁以上（含35岁）患者进行流行病学问卷调查.结果 本次共调查患者511例,男性249例、女性262例,其中脑卒中患者35例,占6.9%;TIA患者8例,占1.6%;缺乏体育锻炼者308例,占60.3%;体重超标者236人,占46.2%;高血压患者193人,占37.8%,脑卒中高危个体172例,占33.7%;中危个体53例,占10.4%.结论 脑卒中及其危险因素检出率高,积极开展门诊和社区脑卒中高危人群筛查,针对个体采取有效的干预措施,对预防脑卒中具有重要的临床意义和社会效益.

Risk Factors Investigation and Analysis on The Outpatient Patients with Stroke in a Large General Hospital

Objective To investigate the situation of outpatient patients with stroke in a large general hospital and its risk factors. Methods Patients in outpatient department of the hospital aged older than 35 years （including 35 years） were randomly selected to re- ceive epidemiological questionaires survey from March 2012 to December 2012. Results 511 cases were involved in this survey, 249 cases of male, female 262 cases, including 35 cases of stroke patients （6.9%）, TIA in 8 patients （ 1.6%）, lack of physical exercise in 308 cases （60.3%）, weight exceed the standard of 236 （46.2%）, 193 hypertension patients（37.8%）, 172 cases of stroke in high-risk individuals, accounting for 33.7%, intermediate risk individuals 53 cases, accounting for 10.4%. Conclusions The detec- tion rate of stroke and its risk factors was high, so it was necessary for the inspections in outpatient clinic and the carrying out effec- tive interventions for the prevention of stroke, and this was of important clinic significance and had social benefits.
