早期护理干预对大面积脑梗死患者肢体功能康复的作用

目的:探讨早期康复干预对大面积脑梗死患者肢体功能康复的疗效。方法:选择42例大面积脑梗死患者,将其随机分为对照组(20例),康复组(22例)。两组患者均接受脑梗死常规治疗,对照组给予一般护理,康复组除一般护理外,予以早期康复的护理干预。结果:对照组与康复组肢体功能恢复效果比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05),康复组平均住院天数比对照组明显缩短。结论:早期进行肢体功能康复治疗和重视心理干预,能促进患者肢体功能恢复,从而提高患者的生活质量,缩短了住院时间,减轻患者的医疗费用。

Study on the efficacy of rehabilitation in massive cerebral infarction by early nurse intervention

Objective To investigate the efficacy of rehabilitation in the patients with the massive cerebral infaretion(CI)by the early nurse intervention. Method 42 Cases of CI were randomized into two groups 20 cases of the contrast group and 22 cases of rehabilitative group Both of groups of CI all reciveved the routime treatment.the routin.22 case of CI accepted the common nursing,the early rehabilitative intervention and psychology treatment were added in rehabilitative group,But 20 cases of CI only accepted the common nursing (contrast group).Results Comparision between contrast group and rehabilitave group had better efficacy and shorten the hospital stays.The discrepancy of the rehabilitative group and contrast group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The early rehabilitive treatment and psychology intervention can promote patient′s limbs rehabilitation, to improve the patients' life quality,shorten hospital stays,and reduce the patient′s expense.
