| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)患者血浆白细胞介素12(IL-12)的水平及其临床意义。方法:用酶联免疫夹心法(ELISA)检测25例MDS患者及24名正常人血浆中IL-12(p70)水平,用流式细胞仪检测T细胞亚群。结果:MDS难治性贫血(RA)组患者血浆IL-12(p70)水平明显高于正常对照组及MDS难治性贫血伴有原始细胞增多(RAEB)/转变中的RAEB(RAEB-t)组(均为P<0.01),RAEB/RAEB-t组患者血浆IL-12(p70)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。MDS患者IL-12(p70)水平与CD8细胞表达率呈正相关(r=0.41,P<0.01),与CD4表达率呈负相关(r=-0.53,P<0.01)。结论:IL-12与MDS的发生、发展密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the role of IL-12in the pathogenesis of myelodysplastic syn-drome (MDS)and its correlation with clinical manifestation.Method s:Plasma levels of IL-12(p70)in25MDS patients and24normal controls were assayed by ELISA.Results:The level of IL-12(p70)was much higher(P<0.01)in patient with refractory anemia(RA)than in the controls,and the level in patients with refractory anemia accompanied with excessive blasts(RAEB)and in patients with RAEB in transformation(RAEB-t)than in the controls(P<0.05).The IL-12(p70)level was positively correlated with CD 8 cells(r=0.41,P<0.01),and negatively with CD 4 cells(r=-0.53,P<0.01).Conclusion:IL-12may be closely related to the pathogenesis of MDS. |
