| 摘 要： | 本文对３０例脑瘤病人手术后尽早清醒进行了分析，结果认为，施行异氟醚、安氟醚、普鲁卡因、芬太尼、双氢埃托啡静吸复合麻醉，安全范围较大，管理方便，能达到术后尽早清醒的目的，术中合理的合并用药，是病人手术后尽早清醒的关键。

| Abstract: | e observed the time of recovering consciousness of 30 patients who underwent opera-tions of removing brain tumor.The results suggest that general anesthesia maintained bycombination of isoflurane enflurane,procaine, fentanyl and Dihydroetorphine is good for thiskind of operation.It is both safe and convenient.Furthermore, this method of anesthesia maylead to earIv recovery of consciousness.It may be considered that the reasonable combinati onof anesthetics is the key to early recovery of consciousness. |
