癌性肺纹理对肺癌X线早期诊断的价值

目的为了提高对早期肺癌癌性肺纹理的认识，减少早期肺癌的误漏诊。方法对32例误漏为其它疾病及确诊为肺癌经治疗后肺纹理有改变者的X线胸片进行回顾性分析。结果肺癌早期可出现增粗、连续性差或分支细小增多、僵硬，走行失常之肺纹理。结论早期肺癌X线胸片上未见明显瘤体时，其癌性肺纹理的形态特点有助于肺癌的早期诊断。

The significance of cancerous lung markings on chest radiography in early diagnosis of lung cancer

Objective To improve the early diagnosis of lung cancer through to identify cancerous lung markings on chest radiog- raphy of early lung cancer and to reduce its leaking diagnosis or misdiagnosis Methods The lung markings on chest radiography of 32 patients with early lung cancer which were previously leak - diagnosed and misdiagnosed as other disease or then although accurately d1- agnosed as lung cancer but following chemotherapy or radiotherapy the shape of lung markings on chest radiography presented changes were analyzed retrospectively Results On chest radiography of early lung cancer. the lung markings were found to be thickened, discontinuous, rigid - stump form and abnormal - walking form. Conclusion When early lung cancer is all too small to see the tumor, recognizing in good time the shapes of cancerous lung markings as mentioned above will be very helpful to diagnose as early as possible lung cancer.
