| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨电视透视下空气灌肠法对婴幼儿急性肠套叠的诊断和治疗价值。方法：利用可控制压力的结肠注气机，在电视监视下对75例患儿进行诊断性空气灌肠和复位治疗。气压选择8－14.6kPa。结果：整复成功68例，成功率91％。整复失败7例，其中1例发生肠穿孔。整复失败病例均采取手术治疗。结论：选择适当的空气压力，配合适当的手法按摩，电视透视下空气灌肠整复法治疗婴幼儿急性肠套叠可以获得良好效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the ability of air enema for diagnosis and reduction of intussusception in children under X ray Fluoroscopy.Methods:Seventy five children who underwent air enema with flouoroscopy for the diagnosis and treatment of intussusception were evaluated.The air pressure was chosen 8 to 14 6 kPa.Results:Sixty eight cases were reduced sucessfully.Seven defeated cases were treated by operation,1 of 7 perforation of intestine.Conclusion:Air enema is safe and effective for diagnosis and treatment of intussusception in infants and children.Selected patients and air pressure within the colon are the important factors to get a good successful rate of reduction. |
