| 摘 要： | １２１例卵巢肿瘤患者手术后经病理学诊断，本文对他们的术前Ｂ超结果和ＣＡ－１２５浓度进行分析评价。Ｂ超对卵巢恶性肿瘤的检测灵敏度为８５％，特异性８９％。ＣＡ－１２５阳性界值为４５Ｕ／ｍｌ时，诊断恶性卵巢肿瘤的灵敏度为９７％，特异性８２％，两者联合使用的特异性９８％，联合阳性预测值（ＰＰＶ）为９５％；当ＣＡ－１２５的阳性界值定为６５Ｕ／ｍｌ时，特异性为９９％，ＰＰＶ９８％。因此，Ｂ超和ＣＡ－１２５联合检测，为卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断提供了一个有力的指标。

| Abstract: | Evaluation of combined ultrasonography and CA-125 IRMA for the diagnosis of one hundred tweenty one ovarian tumors was made after operation.In the malignant ovarian tumors proved pathologically,the sensitivity of ultrasonography was 85% and the specificity 89%.The sensitivity of CA-125 with a cut-off value of 45U/ml for the malignant tumors was 97%,and the specificity 82%. Meanwhile the specificity of combined ultrasonography and CA-125 IRMA was 98% and the positive predictive value (PPV) 95%. The specificity and PPV raised to 99% and 98%,respectively with a cut-off value of 65U/ml for CA-125. It is concluded that combined ultrasonography and CA-125 IRMA are better parameters for the diagnosis of malignant ovarian tumor. |
