月见草油静脉乳剂的制备及其物理稳定性

摘    要:本文采用“改良”电导法测定乳剂分散性的稳定性和库尔特计数器测定乳剂的粒度分布,设计了稳定的月见草油静脉乳剂的处方和工艺条件,并进行了乳剂的物理稳定性的研究。研究结果表明:本处方在室温下贮藏一年其粒度分布几乎无变化。

Abstract:An injectable emulsion of the oil extracted from the seeds of Oenothera biennis L. for intravenous use was prepared and no change was observed in the particle size distribution of the emulsion after it was kept for a year at room temperature.
