| 摘 要： | 目的探讨显微手术切除岛叶病变的方法和效果。方法回顾性分析14例岛叶病变患者的临床资料。结果胶质瘤10例，海绵状血管瘤2例，上皮样囊肿1例，结核瘤1例。肿瘤全切除10例，近全切除3例，结核瘤1例予大部切除，无手术死亡。术后无失语，1例偏瘫。结论经翼点-岛叶入路应用显微外科技术是治疗岛叶病变的有效手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the operative method and effect of microsurgical treatment for insula lesions. Methods The clinical data of 14 patients with insula lesions were analyzed retrospectively. Results Pathology examination showed glioma in 10 cases, cavernous angioma in 2, epidermoid cyst in 1 and tuberculoma in 1. Of 14 patients,10 received total resection of tumors, 3 subtotal, 1 greatly partial of tuberculoma and no death. No aphasia or severe complications were found except one patient with hemiplegia postoperatively. Conclusion Microsurgery through transpterional-insula approach is an effective method to treat insula lesions. |
