超声诊断乳腺肿块的临床价值及钼靶对照分析

目的：评估超声对乳腺肿块的诊断价值。方法：对71例乳腺肿块患者进行超声及钼靶检查，并分别与病理对照。结果：良恶性乳腺肿块的声像图有明显差异。超声对良恶性乳腺肿块的诊断正确率分别为91.3%,84.0%。钼靶为58.7%,72.0%。结论：二维彩色多普勒超声对乳腺肿块的诊断具有优势。

The Value of Ultrasonography for Diagnosis in Breast Masses and Comparied with Molybdonum Palladium Roengenography

Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonography for diagnosing breast masses. Methods 71 cases with breast masses were performed by ultrasongraphy and molybdonum palladium roengenography, and as compared with pathology. Results The ultrasonography of breast masses were obviously difference between benign and malignant tumors. The accurate rate of diagnosis was respectively 91.3% and 84.0% in ultrasonography, 58.7% and 72.0% in molybdonum palladium. The breast malignant tumors may be detected obviously in color Doppler image. Conlusion The two dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography has advantages in the diagnosis of breast masses.
