摘    要:目的:观察与分析胸腔手术时,术中用不同温度的盐水冲洗胸腔对患者的心率、血压、呼吸、体温的影响。方法:随机将180例胸腔疾病患者分成A、B两组,每组90例。A组用不加热的常温生理盐水(经测得T≤22℃)冲洗胸腔;B组用加热至接近胸腔的温度35~40℃生理盐水冲洗胸腔。比较冲洗前后患者心率、血压、呼吸、体温的变化。结果:A组患者的心率明显增快、血压、体温下降明显(P<0.05);B组患者心率稍有升高,血压、体温稍有下降,但无明显差异(P>0.05)。两组患者全部是全身麻醉,由呼吸机控制呼吸,呼吸均无明显变化。结论:加热至35~40℃的盐水接近患者胸腔的温度,对患者的生命体征影响不显著,最适合胸腔冲洗。

Abstract:Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of flushing the abdominal cavity with physiological saline at different temperature on patients heart rate,blood pressure,breath,and temperature during the thoracic surgery.Methods:180 patients with chest diseases were divided randomly into two groups,group A and group B,with 90 patients in each.In group A,patients chest cavities were flushed with physiological saline at normal temperature(T≤22℃).In group B,the chest cavities were flushed with physiological saline heated nearly to the temperature of the chest cavity at 35~40℃. Then the changes of patients' heart rate, blood pressure, breath, and temperature before and after the flushing were compared. Results:In group A, heart rates increased significantly while blood pressures and tempera- tures dropped obviously. In group B, heart rates increased slightly while blood pressures and temperatures decreased somewhat but showed no obvious difference(P〉0. 05). All the patients in both the groups were anesthetized generally. Their breathes showed no obvious changes when they were aided by breathing apparatus. Conclusion: It is the most suitable method to flush the chest cavity with physiological saline heated nearly to the temperature of the chest cavity at 35~40℃, which will not influence patients' vital signs significantly.
