糖尿病患者心脏自主神经功能的检测及其相关因素探讨

目的：探讨糖悄病患者心脏自主神经功能的改变。方法对４０例２型糖尿病（ＤＭ）、４６例糖耐量低减（ＩＧＴ）和４４例糖耐量正常（ＮＧＴ）者进行了心脏自主神经功能、动态血压以及临床生化指标的检测。结果立卧位血压差为ＤＭ组〈ＩＧＴ组〈ＮＧＴ组，呼吸差、乏氏指数、３０：１５比值均为ＤＭ组〈ＮＧＴ组，卧立位血压差为ＤＭ组〉ＮＧＴ组，Ｐ均〈０．０５。结论年龄、收缩压、空腹血糖、餐后血糖和ＵＡＥ与记分呈显著正相关。

Evaluation of cardiac autonomic function and it's related factors in diabetic patients

Objective To evaluate the cardiovascular autonomic function and it's related factors in diabetic patients.Methods Fourty cases of type 2 diabetic patients,46 IGT and 40 NGT subjects were undergone cardiac autonomic function tests,ambulatory blood pressure monitory and other clinical biochemical examination,were also exa med.Results We found there were statistic difference in beat to beat heart rate variation during standing in 3 groups.There were also difference in deep breathing variation,Valsalva maneuver,ratio 30:15 and postural hypotension between NGT an DM, P <0.05.Conclusions The score has positive correlation with age,systolic blood pressure,fasting and postprandisal blood glucose and UAE.
