司氟沙星与阿奇霉素治疗男性性传播性尿道炎的研究

目的：了解司氟沙星1周疗法和司氟沙星1周疗法联合阿奇霉素3日疗法对男性性传播性尿道炎（STU）患者病原体DNA的转阴率，方法：选择首次出现尿道炎症状的男性患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组用司氟沙星片0．2g,qd*7d,po，治疗组用司氟沙星片0．2g,qd*7d加上阿奇霉素胶囊1．0g,qd*3d,po,疗程结速后6－8d，用荧光定量－PCR（FQ－PCR）方法筛选出淋球菌，解脲脲原体，沙眼衣原体阳性者。结果：对照组病原体DNA总的阴转率47．3％，治疗组病原体DNA总的阴转率66．7％，结论：两种治疗方法病原体DNA的阴转率不理想，但联合用药较单一用药病原体阴转率高。

A Comparison of Sparfloxacin and Sparfloxacin Combined with Azithromycin in the Treatment of Sexually Transmitted Urethritis in Men

Objective:To determine the negative rates of pathogens DNA in male sexually transmitted urethritis(STU) patients, after treatment, with sparfloxacin(200 mg, once a day, for 7 days)and sparfloxacin (200 mg,once a day, for 7 days)allied azithromycin(1 g,once a day, for 3 days). Methods:We selected the male patients with STU for the first time as subjects, and then divided them into two group randomly. The control group was treated with sparfloxacin, the experiment group was treated with sparfloxacin and azithromycin. Results:After treatment, the negative rates of pathogens DNA are 47.3% and 66.7%, respectively, in the control group and the experiment group. Conclusion:The negative-rates of pathogens DNA are low in both groups, but combined use of sparfloxacin and azithromgcin yield a higher negative rate than that of sparfloxacin.
