大承气复方合剂与小承气复方合剂红外光谱三级鉴定的比较

摘    要:目的对大承气复方合剂与小承气复方合剂有效成分溶出度进行比较分析。方法应用一维红外光谱、二阶导数和二维相关红外光谱(2D-IR)技术对大、小承气复方合剂溶出度进行比较。结果大黄作为两方君药,在大、小承气复方合剂中溶出度均较高,但在小承气复方合剂溶出度更高;芒硝作为矿物药后下对整个大承气复方合剂有较大影响。结论实验较为深入地研究了大承气复方合剂与小承气复方合剂的红外光谱比较,对于两种复方临床药效研究具有很大指导意义,为红外光谱在中医药中的应用研究提供了一个新的技术平台,为中医药研究探索了新思路和新途径。

Abstract:Objective To compare the dissolution of Da and Xiao Chengqi compound mixture. Methods Compared the dissolution of Da and Xiao Chengqi compound mixture by one and two dimensional FTIR spectra and second derivative FTIR spectra techniques. Results It indicated that the dissolution of Rhubarb,which served as the monarch drug of the two decoctions,appeared high,and it was higher in Xiao Chengqi compound mixture than that in Da Chengqi compound mixture.Glallber salt,a mineral medicinal substance,also has a great effect on the Da Chengqi compound mixture even if it was decocted a few minutes later after the other herbs. Conclusion It compared the frared spectrum of Da and Xiao Chengqi compound mixture in this study,which will provide a new platform for infrared spectroscopy in the study of traditional Chinese medicine,so it is thought to be a fresh idea and a new way for the study of traditional Chinese medicine.
