腹腔镜下膀胱全切原位回肠新膀胱的手术护理

目的 探讨腹腔镜下膀胱全切原位回肠新膀胱术的护理和配合.方法 回顾分析19例行腹腔镜下膀胱全切原位回肠新膀胱术患者的临床护理资料.结果 19例手术均成功,平均手术时间300 min,平均出血量350 ml.术后并发切口感染3例,夜间尿失禁8例；术后随访6～48个月,平均24个月,无局部复发及远处转移.结论 本手术方式效果确切,创伤小、痛苦少、恢复快、疤痕小、探查广、并发症少.积极手术配合及护理有助于减轻患者心理负担、提高手术成功率.

Operative nursing during laparoscopic radical cystectomy with in situ ileal neobladder

Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing and cooperation during laparoscopic radical cystectomy with in situ ileal neobladde.Methods The clinical nursing data in 19 cases of laparoscopic radical cystectomy with in situ ileal neobladde were performed the retrospective analysis.Results 19 cases were successfully performed operation with average operating time of 300 min and average blood loss 350 ml.Complicating postoperative infection occurred in 3 cases and nighttime incontinence in 8 cases.The postoperative follow-up period was 6-48 months,average 24 months without local relapse and distant metastasis.Conclusion The laparoscopic radical cystectomy is definitely effective with the advantages of small trauma,less pain,quick recovery,little scar,wide exploration and less complications.Active operative cooperation and nursing care will help relieve the patient′s psychological burden and increase the operative success rate.
