| 摘 要： | 目的 用空气灌肠整复治疗小儿常见病肠套叠,分析病因和常见类型,总结整复方法 和经验,提高成功率,预防并发症.方法 对75例小儿肠套叠病例用自动灌肠机进行空气灌肠整复.结果 成功整复66例,成功率88.00%.结论 空气灌肠对于诊断与治疗小儿肠套叠,是一种操作简单、创伤小的好方法,且可避免手术所致的各项并发症的绝对优势.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the etiology,type of intussusception and to summarize the methods and experience so that to improve success rate and prevent complication.Methods 75 cases of such patient were performed with air lavement.Results 66 cases were success with rate of 88.00%.Conclusion This method might be an easy performed,less injury that could prevent the operative complication. |
