摘    要:目的比较不同产地白茅根的总酚酸含量。方法以没食子酸为对照品,采用紫外可见分光光度法测定采自11个不同产地白茅根中总酚酸的含量,检测波长为695 nm。结果不同产地白茅根中总酚酸的含量存在差异,其中产于江西九江的白茅根总酚酸含量最高(3.48 mg.g-1),其次是产于南昌的白茅根(3.09 mg.g-1),其他产地总酚酸含量也均超过了2.10 mg.g-1。结论测定方法稳定,该研究可为白茅根总酚酸的合理开发利用及质量控制提供可借鉴的依据。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo compare the contents of total phenolic acid in the roots of Imperata cylindrica Beauv.var.major(Nees) C.E.Hubb.from different habitats. MethodsGallic acid was taken as the standard and the wavelength was set at 695 nm.The content of total phenolic acid in the roots of Imperata cylindrica from eleven different habitats was determined with the method of ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry. ResultsThis method was stationary.The content of total phenolic acid in the roots of Imperata cylindrica from different habitats was apparently different,the one from Jiujiang city Jiangxi Province was the highest(3.48 mg·g-1),followed by that from Nanchang city Jiangxi Province(3.09 mg·g-1),and those from the other habitats were all over 2.10 mg·g-1. ConclusionThe experiment results can provide scientific evidence for comprehensive development,utilization and quality control of tatal phenolic acid in Imperata cylindrical.
