摘    要:目的比较不同生境苦豆子种子中氧化苦参碱和总黄酮的含量。方法氧化苦参碱的含量采用RP-HPLC法进行测定;总黄酮的含量以芦丁为标准品,采用紫外分光光度法进行测定。结果不同生境下苦豆子种子中氧化苦参碱和总黄酮含量差异较大,其数值分别介于0.654%~2.425%与0.096%~0.150%之间。结论不同生境对苦豆子种子中氧化苦参碱及总黄酮的含量具有一定的影响,该研究可为苦豆子种质资源筛选及质量评价提供一定的参考依据。

Abstract:ObjectiveCompare the content of oxymatrine and flavonoids in the seed of Sophora akipecuroides from different nabitats. MethodsThe content of oxymatrine were determined by RP-HPLC,the content of total flavonoids were determined by ultraviolet spectrolhotometry. ResultsThe difference of the content of oxymatrine and flavonoid in the seed of sophora alopecuroides which from different habitats were quite large,the values were between 0.654%~2.425% and 0.096%~0.150% respectively. ConclusionThe habitats have some effect on the content of oxymatrine and total flavonoids in the seed of sophora alopecuroides,this research can provide some reference for the germplasm resources of screening alopecuroides and quality evaluation.
