| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超声对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值.方法 对56例急性阑尾炎的超声检查方法 及声像图特征进行回顾性分析.结果 本组急性单纯性阑尾炎37例,化脓性阑尾炎16例,阑尾周围脓肿3例,超声检查结果 与手术病理结果 完全一致.结论 超声可作为诊断急性阑尾炎的首选无创检测手段.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of ultrasound for acute appendicitis.Methods The clinical materials of 56 cases of such patient and ultrasound materials were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were 37 cases of acute simple appendicitis,16 cases of purulent,and 3 cases of periappendiceal abscess.Results:ultrasound and pathology were unification.Conclusion The ultrasound should be the first choice of diagnosis method with non-invasive. |
