| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑静脉血栓形成（Cerebral venous thrombosis，CVT）患者的短期预后及其影响因素。方法总结136例CVT患者的短期预后，采用Logistic回归分析研究相关因素对CVT短期预后的影响。结果136例CVT患者中治愈45例，好转62例，无效29例，其中死亡2例。单变量分析显示：颅内实质病变、多发脑静脉血栓形成、治疗前颅内压≥400mm H2O、双侧横窦血栓以及直窦血栓是提示CVT短期预后不良的危险因素；精神障碍和颅内深静脉系统血栓有提示预后不良的倾向。多变量分析显示：精神障碍、意识障碍、治疗前颅压≥400mm H2O、直窦血栓是CVT短期预后不良的独立预测因素；而单发脑静脉血栓以及溶拴合并抗凝治疗是短期预后良好的独立预测因素。结论CVT患者短期预后良好，急性期死亡率为1．5％，78．7％的患者可缓解。精神障碍、意识障碍、治疗前颅压≥400mm H2O、直窦血栓是CVT短期预后不良的独立预测因素；而单发脑静脉血栓以及溶栓合并抗凝治疗是短期预后良好的独立预测因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the short-term prognosis of cerebral venous thrombosis(CVT) and investigate the impacts of related factors on the prognosis of CVT.Methods The short-term prognosis of 136 patients with CVT was summarized.The influences of related factors on short-term prognosis were studied by logistic regression analysis.Results In the 136 patients with CVT,45 patients were complete recovery,62 patients were partial recovery and 29 patients had no improvement and 2 patients died in the acute phase.Wh... |
