抑制眼角膜郎格罕细胞增殖的药物研究

摘    要:郎格罕细胞(Langerhans cell,LC)是一类参与眼表多种疾病过程的免疫细胞。某些过敏性眼疾和角膜移植排斥反应等的发生与LC的数目增多密切相关。本文观察了高三尖杉酯碱、氨甲喋呤、表阿霉素等6种药物对豚鼠角膜LC的影响。研究发现:它们均可不同程度地抑制LC的增长,以前3种药物最为理想。为临床上有效地防治某些过敏性眼疾和移植排斥反应等提供了新的药物治疗手段。

Abstract:Largerhars cells are a kind of immune cells involved in the process of many ocular diseases. The development of some ocular hypersensitive reactions and corneal transplant rejection are closely related to LCs. Six drugs, such as homoharringtonine, amethoptorinum, pharmorubicir.bleomycin A5, fluo-rouracili and cortisone, were observed to have therapeutic effects on corneal LCs in guinea pigs. These findings reveal that all of these drugs can inhibit the proliferation of LCs in varyirg degrees, and that the first three of them have proved most effective in inhibiting the proliferation of LCs. Our experimental results provide a new method for the medicinal therapy of some ocular diseases and corneal transplant rejection.
