肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤经动脉栓塞的疗效观察

目的探讨肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤(RAML)经动脉栓塞治疗的应用价值。方法9例RAML患者,经肾动脉造影后,将导管超选至肿瘤的供血动脉,将平阳霉素一碘化油乳剂注入供血动脉,再将明胶海绵碎片注入肿瘤供血动脉,最后将导管置于肾动脉主干造影,监测栓塞程度。结果RAML经动脉栓塞治疗瘤体明显缩小。坏死囊变,术后随访疗效满意。结论选择性肾动脉栓塞术在RAML的非手术治疗中具有较高的应用价值。

Application of arterial embolization therapy in renal angiomyolipomas

Objective To evaluate the value of arterial embolization in treating renal angiomyolipomas (RAML).Methods In 9 eases with RAML,the renal artery should be displayed by artefiography at first, then the catheter was inserted super-selectively into the blood supply artery to the tumor,and Pingyang- mycin-iodized oil emulsions were injected into the blood supply artery successively;eventally,the catheter was placed in the trunk of renal artery and then an angiography was taken to find out whether the embolization was done better or not.Results The blood supply artery was blocked by arterial embolization in RAML,the size of the tumor was decreased significantly,the necrosis or cyst degeneration could he found in the solid of tumor.The curative effect was shown to he satisfying in follow-up after the operation.Conclusion Selective renal arterial embolization has greater value in non- surgery treatments of RAML.
