| 摘 要： | 目的观察少商、厉兑穴点刺放血治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法将64例痤疮患者随机分为2组。治疗组32例用少商、厉兑穴点刺放血治疗,对照组32例口服丹参酮胶囊治疗。治疗4周后进行疗效比较。结果治疗组治愈率为34.4%,总有效率为96.9%,对照组分别为12.5%、87.5%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论少商、厉兑穴点刺放血治疗痤疮疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of quick puncture bleeding in Shaoshang and Lidui points. Methods 64 patients with acne were randomly divided into two groups. 32 patients in treatment group were treated with quick puncture bleeding in Shaoshang and Lidui points; the other 32 patients in control group were treated with Danshentong capsule, with a treatment course of 4 weeks for both groups. After 4-week's treatment the therapeutic effect were compared in both groups. Results The cure rate and total effective rate in treatment group were 34.4% and 96.9%, which were 12.5% and 87.5% in control group respectively. There was a significant difference between two groups ( P <0.01 or P<0.05) . Conclusion The quick puncture bleeding in Shaoshang and Lidui points is effective in treating acne. |
