摘    要:目的 :研究吗啡训练大鼠的空间学习障碍与胆碱能系统的关系。方法 :ip吗啡和其他药品 ;通过Morris水迷宫任务检测药物对吗啡训练大鼠空间学习的影响。结果 :10mg·kg- 1 的吗啡对大鼠学习空间任务具有显著的抑制作用 ;10mg·kg- 1 吗啡和 3mg·kg- 1 东莨菪碱联合给药 ,对大鼠学习空间任务的损害更加严重 ;0 .1mg·kg- 1 毒扁豆碱能够降低 10mg·kg- 1 吗啡对大鼠空间学习的影响。结论 :吗啡对学习空间任务的影响机制之一是通过降低胆碱能系统的功能水平实现的

Abstract:Objective : To investigate the relationship between the deficit of spatial learning in morphine trained rats and the function of cholingergic system. Methods : Using Morris water maze task; the rats received drug injections(ip)30 min before testing. Results : Morphine (10 mg·kg -1 ) significantly impaired the spatial learning capabilities; co-administration of morphine and scopolamine could aggravate the impairment of acquisition process in rats compared with morphine treatment. Physostigmine could attenuate the impairment of spatial acquisition capabilities induced by morphine administration. Conclusion : Morphine may induce the impairment of the spatial learning and one of the mechanisms is that morphine induces the function of cholingergic system.
