中医肝证积分的增高与内伤头痛患病关系的研究

以流行病学调查和数理统计方法探讨中医肝证与内伤头痛的关系.结果显示,头痛患者的中医各型肝证的积分和总积分均高于常人组;中医各型肝证积分的增高,特别是肝气郁结、肝火上炎、肝胆湿热、肝阳上亢、肝郁脾虚、肝血亏虚、肝肾阴虚、肝阳化风、寒凝肝脉、肝肾阳虚,以及肝证总积分的增高,也就是说,这些肝证越严重,则越易罹患头痛.可见内伤头痛与中医肝证有着较为密切的关系.

Study on Relations between Scores of Liver Syndrome and Headache

An epidemiological survey conducted in the study showed that both score and total score of various Kinds of gan symdrome in patients with stomachache,except for Ganyang huafeng(wind syndrome caused by hyperactivity of the liver yang) and Xuexu shengfeng Wind formation from blood deficiency),are higher than those in normal population.The higher those scores(i.e.,the more serious the Gan symdrome),the more susceptibility to stomachache.
